  • What makes GreenOtter different from other portable water treatment systems?

  • Is it difficult to assemble the GreenOtter system before the activation?
    No, It takes less than two minutes to complete the GreenOtter assembly process from start to finish.
  • What filters come with the system?
    Each GreenOtter system, by default, comes with a customized Spin Down Strainer, Sediment Filter, Carbon Block, three RO membranes and one Hollow Fiber Membrane.
  • Can I buy extra filters for the GreenOtter system?
    GreenOtter's water treatment components produced nowadays have to have a long life span. Besides, filters are always available for purchase from the local GreenOtter partner in each country.
  • How do we know when the filters should be replaced?
    Filters should be replaced when the difference (displayed on the monitor) between the inlet and outlet pressures is higher than 2 Bar.
  • What does GreenOtter's Reverse Osmosis membrane remove?
    Virtually anything you would want to be removed. The Reverse Osmosis membrane provides a full-range treatment that assures safe and great-tasting water.
  • How often should the Reverse Osmosis membrane be replaced?
    With proper simple care, which includes necessary cleaning procedures, the membrane will last many years.
  • What type of water source can I use the GreenOtter system in?
    Any water source, including the brackish water, with TDS up to 2,500 PPM.
  • Does the GreenOtter system effectively remove bacteria?
    Yes, GreenOtter effectively removes bacteria at a rate greater than 99.9999%.
  • Does the GreenOtter system effectively remove cysts?
    Yes, GreenOtter effectively removes cysts at a rate greater than 99.9999%.

    Yes, GreenOtter will remove 99% salt from the water with TDS up to 2,500 ppm. Above this, the flow will be too low.

    Yes, the GreenOtter's high capacity Reverse Osmosis membrane and post-filters ensure that the water is clean and has a pleasant taste.
  • Has an independent certified laboratory tested the GreenOtter?
    Yes, multiple times. Different certified third-party independent laboratories have often tested the GreenOtter.
